Nutrition food also helps increase “Height” by regularly choosing and eating good foods that contain protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals that the body needs on a regular basis. It will help you grow taller faster.

The most important thing that you should do is to eat all 3 meals everyday i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure that the body receives proper nutrients that provide enough energy for the body’s needs to be used for growth. Many children often have problems eating breakfast from could not time for breakfast before class which is not recommend since they will cut off the opportunity to increase the height.

People need different vitamins and minerals to grow. A variety of good nutritious come from the 5 main food groups that we eat every day, including rice, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, grains and milk. Try to choose different foods in each meal. It will help children get enough nutrients to grow.

Please be advised that children should eat fruits and vegetables such as orange, strawberries, blueberries, apples, broccoli, spinach and potatoes, chicken, fish and eggs. Try to eat more brown rice instead of white rice. or eating whole wheat bread instead of white bread, it will help the children get more valuable nutrients that help to increase “Height”.
