We would like to be a part in developing the height potential of Thai children by using our knowledge and expertise in sports science, physical therapy as well as expertise in nutrition. Our main goal is the “height” but what children will get more than that is “Good physical fitness” which will be strengthened the basis of strength for the growth.

At “HiCare”, we focus not only exercise or general physical therapy but we also use a personal training design to find the “best” point for IGF-1 secretion (another height growth hormone) for an individual child. When the body is in the highest effective secretion of IGF-1, we know how to expertly use medical and physiotherapy equipment to effectively support bone elongation in conjunction with immediate and continuous IGF-1 secretion. We design an exercise pattern to “targeted” for height by using medical knowledge in combination. That will help every child continue to develop highest potential in the existing opportunities for height.

the Director of HiCare Center

“Personality” is an important part that promotes success in life. People with good personality have good feelings for themselves. They also have confidence and believe in themselves which make them well-adapted to all situations and well-accepted in society

“Height” is one of the key elements to promote a good “Personality”. Tall people therefore have more advantages in competition such as sports, studies or professional competitions. Now it is shown in many organizations that they have set the standard of “Height” requirement as one of the recruitment criteria. That’s because “Height” is an important factor of appearance and contributes overall good personality for employees and the organization. This is reinforced by a research study that “Height” has a positive correlation with performance, leadership, and income. We often experience that tall people will have outstanding performance and opportunity to be a leader in the organization more than others.

The main factors that influences a person’s height are genetics and environment, such as a healthy diet, exercise, getting enough rest and the functioning of the hormonal system in the body. Children’s growth pattern has different level in each age range. Normally their height will gradually decrease and stop growing at about 18 to 20 years old. The “Golden period” to boost up their height is between 8 to 14 years old which is a golden opportunity to increase their height as much as possible.

At HiCare Center, we realize the importance of “Height” and believe that every child has the opportunity to increase his or her height from the correct and appropriate approach. We bring proven science method to design the specific program for individual child. HiCare’s expert team consists of medical professor, physiotherapists, sports scientists, nutritionists, and specialists in posture adjustment who work together as synchronous collaborative team in order to help children reach their height potential.
